Understanding the Story Behind the Medical Record

Professional Profile

Meet Michael Emery, RN, LNC

I began my healthcare career in EMS before becoming a registered nurse. Today, I continue to practice in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory nursing while providing legal nurse consulting services to attorneys nationwide. Expert witness services are limited to Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory nursing.

Those experiences taught me that every medical record tells a story, but that story is often buried beneath thousands of pages of documentation. As a legal nurse consultant, I help attorneys organize, analyze, and understand the clinical facts so they can focus on building their case with confidence.

I founded Emery Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC, with a commitment to providing objective, organized, and reliable litigation support. My goal is to be a trusted resource for attorneys by delivering thorough record reviews, clear chronologies, and evidence-based case analysis while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

When I’m not reviewing medical records, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, or continuing to expand my knowledge of both healthcare and the legal profession.
